Get your mortgage in 3 simple steps
01.
Gathering your information
In order for us to give you the best possible advice you’ll need to gather the required financial information . Proof of Identification along with three months payslips and bank statements are required. If you are self employed you will have to provide details of your earnings from your accountant or HMRC Self assessment. We will also need to know details of any loans, car finance, store cards and credit cards you have.
02.
Finding the right mortgage
Once we have all your details and the fact-finding process is complete, we will then search for a mortgage that suits you. Once we have decided on the specific mortgage we help you get that important Decision/Agreement in Principle (DIP) from the lender. A successful DIP, sometimes described as a ‘mortgage in principle,’ is a good indication that a full mortgage application may be successful.
03.
Full mortgage application
We work closely with the mortgage lender and supply the documents we asked for at our first meeting. This process can take a while, but rest assured we are working away in the background to get the right results. At the successful conclusion of the mortgage application you will receive a formal mortgage offer. At this point we can then work with you and your solicitor to complete your mortgage journey.
Leave your details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We can see you at your home, we can meet in an office environment, or even over a telephone or video call. Ask us anything! We’ll work tirelessly to get you a bespoke mortgage, along with the right insurance to protect you and your family.
Testimonials
We first met Michael a year before we applied for our mortgage. He advised us on what we needed to do before we applied to give us the best chance of being accepted. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and really helps you understand the process from start to finish. It can be a pretty stressful time but Michael talked us through every step which made us feel at ease. When it became time to remortgage, Michael was on the ball and contacted us a few months before to let us know he was keeping an eye on the best deal so we really didn’t have to think about it. The transition was seamless. We have now been fortunate enough to get our second mortgage with the help of Michael. We are both delighted with the service he provides and have since recommended him to many friends who he has also helped. John and Leah
